Jacki Griffin, Verification Officer, has been a key part of GEMCOR’s federal aid administration team since 2010. Over the years, she has become one of the most trusted and reliable resources for verification and C-code compliance. Her extensive experience also proves invaluable in handling professional judgment cases, dependency overrides, student eligibility issues, and documentation of high school graduation. Jacki is the go-to expert for pre-packaging guidance and provides professional support in areas such as FAFSA processing, ISIR corrections, and a wide range of file compliance matters.

Outside of work, Jacki enjoys spending quality time with her family, tending to her garden and houseplants, and—of course—sipping coffee all day long. Her favorite part about working at GEMCOR? The laughter shared with coworkers and clients, which makes every day a little brighter.
