Steve Berry, Vice President of GEMCOR, Inc., began his financial aid career in 1988 as a Financial Aid Officer at the corporate office of a multi-campus school system in the Chicagoland area. Steve’s reliability, deep knowledge, and strong work ethic quickly earned him a promotion to Financial Aid Director, overseeing all campuses within the organization. In 1992, Steve brought his experience to GEMCOR, joining as a Senior Financial Aid Administrator. Over the decades, he has held several key roles, including - Office Manager and Director - before stepping into his current position as Vice President in the early 2000's.

As Vice President, Steve focuses his extensive experience in the areas of compliance and management-advisory services. These areas include verification and C-code resolution, student eligibility file reviews, refund management, consulting, and support. With nearly four decades of experience in FSA Administration, Steve’s expertise is unmatched in most areas of the industry.
